躺著也中槍！《寶可夢》YouTuber被盜片還被系統誤判永Ban 申訴多次才逆轉

近日一名《寶可夢》遊戲 YouTuber「SplashPlate」的頻道無預警遭系統永久封鎖，背後原因竟是另一名網友盜用他的影片，系統卻將盜片者誤判為原創，讓 SplashPlate 平白受害。

SplashPlate 於 12 月 8 日在推特叫屈，希望官方能人工解 Ban──沒想到兩天後，官方推特帳號「TeamYouTube」 私訊表示對其頻道懲處維持原判，讓 SplashPlate 無奈表示「你們不看推特貼文、不看我的影片，認為我在規避罰則，但我什麼也沒做錯。」

擁有 1750 萬訂閱的 YouTuber「penguinz0」昨（10）日協助發聲，並提到 YouTube 執行長 Neal Mohan 近期聲稱「網站現在受到 AI 協助管理，每週都會漸入佳境」的言論十分荒謬。

11 日凌晨，SplashPlate 收到 YouTube 客服的 Email，二度否決其申訴，並聲稱此案到此為止──但四小時後，YouTube 又寄了一封信，正式宣布 SplashPlate 的頻道並未違規並將其解 Ban，終於結束這段莫名其妙的災禍。

This is despite all the proof that this is a blatant error in their AI.
