遭蘋果批販售色情遊戲 Itch.io妙回那把成人分類改成「不好說」

Epic Games 大戰 Apple 又有平台遭殃，這回獨立遊戲平台 Itch.io 遭捲入戰局，販售成人遊戲被 Apple 當作把炳，試圖藉此打擊上架 Itch.io 應用程式的 Epic Games。

Epic Games 於 4 月 22 日開始在平台上架 Itch.io 應用程式 ，而 Itch.io 允許開發團隊販售成人遊戲，有超過 2,000 款成人遊戲。

The Verge 記者消息指出，Apple 律師稱 Epic Games 竟放任 Itch.io 販賣令人反感且色情的遊戲，更表示反感到難以啟齒。

Itch.io 幽默回應 Apple 說法，在官方推特宣布把成人遊戲分類標籤改為「這些遊戲不好說」，甚至舉辦「不好說遊戲開發活動」。

有遊戲開發商站出來為 Itch.io 發聲。美國開發商 Double Fine 社群經理 Heather Alexandra 在推特上表示 Itch.io 絕非如同 Apple 律師所說，強調平台上很多遊戲其實幫助推動媒體發展，會被針對有很大原因是該平台有不少 LGBT 友善內容。

Let's be serious: itch is not some depraved place or whatever the lawyers in this case wants to imply.

The games found there do tremendous work in furthering the medium and 95% of the reason it's even being targeted is because it is a sex-positive, LGBTQIA friendly storefront.

Epic Games 副總裁 Steve Allison 則聲明只是單純管理 Itch.io，並非遊戲本身，不過被問到成人遊戲相關問題，Steve 表明不支持任何形式的色情遊戲內容。
