《聯盟戰棋》設計總監「模特狗」離開Riot！4月長休後再不回歸

自走棋遊戲《聯盟戰棋》設計總監 Mortdog（本名 Stephen Mortimer，中文圈俗稱「模特狗」）今（8）日正式宣佈從 Riot Games 離職，結束他在該公司的十年職涯。

My time at Riot and on TFT as a Game Designer has come to an end. Just under 10 years, and to be honest I thought it was going to be longer, but sometimes things change.

Mortdog 自 2016 年 9 月加入 Riot Games，曾協助開發限時模式《奧德賽》，並於 2019 年 1 月起領銜開發《聯盟戰棋》直到 2026 年 4 月。他也經常與社群開直播互動，討論遊戲平衡，因此廣受玩家社群所知。

今年 4 月 14 日，Mortdog 宣布將休息至 7 月 7 日，休息期間不會干涉任何《聯盟戰棋》的內容──沒想到這一休息結束，接下來他就與 Riot 分道揚鑣。

至於後續規劃，Mortdog 表示他算是閒不下來的人，因此已著手開發一款小型獨立遊戲約兩個月，目前完成度約兩到三成，期待在未來與大家分享成品。
